Refund policy

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away and provide the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product showing the damage from all angles
  • Photos of the outer packaging, including the shipping label

Make sure to submit your claim within 10 days to qualify for a reorder or refund. Once a member of the Music Lovers Merch Team has reviewed and approved your claim, you will be eligible for a complimentary reorder or a full refund.

Cases of Damages Items Include:

  • Print issues, such as ink splatters or scratches
  • Product issues, including warped or bowed prints, or media flaws larger than 1/8 inch
  • Shipping issues, like damage during transit or items lost in delivery

Exchanges or Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your product, please contact us here, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. At Music Lovers Merch, each item is custom-made for our customers, and for environmental reasons, we do not keep unnecessary stock.

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
